After winning the tender and appointed as the principal contractor, we worked together with our own carefully selected sub-contractors as well as university nominated contractors.
The works to be carried out were within a live environment with many staff & students still on site. Areas were separated to ensure staff still had access to required workplaces.
Our works consisted of the following:
- Strip out of male, female and disabled toilets on 3 separate floors
- Fully refurbish toilets on 3 separate floors, including IPS panels, vanity units & vinyl
- Suspended ceilings
- Structural alterations
- All mechanical and electrical works
- Tiling and decorations throughout
This project demonstrated how well we can organise a contract to match the desired outcome to a high standard by working onsite whilst works continue in our factory.
