About This Project

After securing other joinery works at Longley Farm in January 2017; the client requested Roebuck & Holmes undertook refurbishment works to the toilets.

We then worked closely with the architect to ensure the desired requirements and regulations were met.

The project consisted of the remodelling and refurbishment of the water closets and cubicles in the male, female and disabled toilets at Longley Farm.

Works were required to be completed quickly and efficiently so that disruptions to the client’s working arrangements were kept to a minimum.

The vanity units were manufactured to measure in our workshop for our site team to complete works as swiftly as possible.

All works on site were completed in a live environment and therefore various areas of the works were hoarded off and protected, to ensure only site staff had access.
